1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LocalAEO platform located at LocalAEO.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

LocalAEO provides an AI-powered analytics platform for observing (AEO) and estimating local search performance. The Service includes features such as geospatial heatmaps, intent analysis, and competitor tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Fees

Access to certain features requires a subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3.2 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial use.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties (unless part of a team plan).
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or burden our infrastructure with excessive automated requests ("scraping").

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING AI OUTPUTS

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and third-party data to generate insights.We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content or search ranking predictions.Search algorithms (Google, Bing, OpenAI) are dynamic and outside our control. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalAEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
